ooh, salsa …

i’m notorious for picking the hottest days of the year to do my canning.  who knew a normally temperate labor day weekend would turn out to be painfully (for a pale li’l girl like me) hot.  but as anyone who’s done this knows, the fruits and the veggies don’t wait for no one, so when it’s ripe, you gets ta cannin’.  today?  peach serrano salsa.
