Oz Escape, Part XV: The Food

Lots of great food and drink over the holiday…while I’m more along the lines of “eat it, don’t tweet it” than I used to be, I made some exceptions as per below to show the folks back home what I’ve especially enjoyed…

Amazing dinner at Mercato in Daylesford. While they had lots of meat options, I elected for the gluten/dairy free vegetarian option – “Spiced tofu, chia & pumpkin croquettes, steamed broccolini, eggplant, zucchini, broad beans, white bean puree”. Incredible service – love it when they’re so attuned to the customer!

Luscious chai and good breakfast at Dr Jekyll – and a great corner table to hide away and work on my writing!
