A lot this weekend revolved around the dress, and just as much in the garden, and as a result I did very little picture takin’. But here are some tidbits…
Ooh la la! Wedding dress shopping with my girlfriend Amy was a blast…this peek is of a skirt cut I liked while trying on some great pieces at Camp Hollyhock. Can’t wait to see what they have at the upcoming vintage bridal show! Got lots of ideas for what does (and doesn’t) work for me!
Needless to say, this was not the dress. But I texted the pic to my fiance while my friend and I were passing by this store window, saying “I think I’ve found the dress honey!” just to psych him out a bit 🙂
Woo hoo! Picked up our plants from the annual EMSWCD Native Plant Sale – sword ferns, deer ferns, wild ginger, and salmon berry – all at great deals! And fortunately we had a really mild weekend with minimal precipitation, so it all got planted, yayyy!
Watched the amazing film Fruitvale Station, based on a true story.
